I am Japanese and I can eat more hotdogs than you

Hello. My name is Takeru Kobayashi and I am passionate about hotdogs. Yes, so much so that I have dominated the World Hotdog Eating Championship title 6 years in a row. I ate 53 ½ hotdogs in the most recent competition. I did so in 12 minutes. Go ahead and youtube me. It’s pretty damn amazing. In the first 3 minutes, I ate 27 hotdogs. Then I started to feel a little sick and slowed down quite a bit. I forgot to take my Alka Seltzer that morning; otherwise, I would have totally eaten 70.

Seeing as I am the reigning hotdog-eating champion of the world, it isn’t surprising that I have quite the fan base. Yesterday, I got a Christmas card from one of my fans.

Dear Mr. Kobayashi,

I've seen you on ESPN for 2 years now and I'm simply impressed by your unbridled enthusiasm for hotdogs on Coney Island. In your honor, I will be having a Polish hotdog instead of turkey for Christmas this year.
